CAAA Alumni Awards Nominations

Every year the Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) recognizes the outstanding personal and professional accomplishments of UC Davis graduates at an awards ceremony. This presents an excellent opportunity for you, through your nominations, to provide visibility to UC Davis alumni as we showcase our finest graduates and their accomplishments.

If you are interested in nominating a graduate of UC Davis for an Alumni Award, please complete this nomination form and statement of support and submit it to the Cal Aggie Alumni Association by Monday, March 21, 2005. Selection of recipients will be based on submitted materials only, and all nominations will remain confidential.

Each nomination requires completion of this form including the statement of support. You may also submit a résumé for the nominee which outlines:
