CAAA Board of Directors

The board leads the Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) in its service to UC Davis and its alumni. We are always looking for a diverse group of people with a demonstrated commitment to UC Davis and CAAA. To nominate a candidate, please print the nomination form, complete the requested information and submit to CAAA for consideration. Please contact Mary Sprifke at the Alumni Association (530-752-9960) with any questions about serving on the board of directors.

The Alumni Association's mission "to advance the interest and promote the welfare of the university and its alumni" is achieved through a diverse program involving alumni, students, faculty, and administrators of UC Davis.

Alumni volunteers are the key to the successful implementation of programs designed to accomplish this goal. The association is headed by a volunteer board of directors that meets four times a year to establish policy, develop goals and objectives, assist with long-range planning, and monitor association finances.

The board consists of a president, vice president, and up to 28 directors-at-large. Board participation is open to all sustaining Alumni Association members. Board members are elected for a two-year term. Board meetings are usually held on campus; however, one meeting each year may be held at an off-campus site in California.
